Steps for Creating an MA Dissertation

Students entered in the Master are to write an MA dissertation.
An MA dissertation is a research paper, which is supervised by your program’s professor. It is the major constituent of research education of the program, from that the capability to do research at the doctoral level can be evaluated.
1. Students select the topic that they are planning to examine compatible with a professor teaching. The professor will be a thesis supervisor and for himself bear the educational accountability for the student’s MA dissertation.

2. Students should submit their topic by the academic year’s 15th at the latest. The asking for agreement should take in the proposed title, an abstract, a research plan, and perhaps a proposal for a reader. Your thesis supervisor must sign it. The Program Committee approves the option of this topic and chooses a reader.

3. Though this is not obligatory, but students are recommended to obtain their supervisor’s approval prior to handing in their dissertation to the print shop. When awarded, the approval is an assurance that your thesis supervisor will suggest a mark of 10/20.

4. A couple of your dissertation’s copies should be submitted at the Student Office on the day of the opening the session. It is for library target. Students should think of distributing his copies to his reader and thesis supervisor.

5. A dissertation public defense happens right after the examination session when the date and time fixed by the Student Office. Your reader and thesis supervisor attend the defence and something else interested. Any date change is the accountability of your thesis supervisor who should inform about changes the other attendees.
